VIRTUA MIND

We work behind the scenes to bring structure, clarity, and control to fast-moving creative businesses. From client communication and internal workflows to systems, timelines, and operational oversight, we ensure the business runs smoothly without requiring constant founder involvement.

Our role is not to assist.
It is to own the operational backbone of your brand so you can lead with confidence.

We specialize in supporting established planners and creative teams who value precision, discretion, and a high standard of execution at every touchpoint. With deep industry expertise and a hospitality-driven approach, we create operations that feel as refined and intentional as the events you produce.

about us

CLIENTS SEEN IN:

I’m Devan, the founder of House of Virtua Mind. I partner with established wedding and event brands to bring structure, clarity, and control to the businesses they’ve built. My work lives at the intersection of client experience, systems, and operational leadership, ensuring nothing feels reactive, rushed, or pieced together.

I’m known for spotting inefficiencies quickly and translating chaos into clean, repeatable systems that scale. Whether I’m refining workflows, managing moving parts behind the scenes, or guiding operational decisions, my focus is always the same. Protect the brand. Support the team. Make the business easier to run.

Equal parts precision and intuition. High standards with a sense of humor. Always three steps ahead so you do not have to be.

Specialist in backend operations that actually hold.
